Valid for Advanced Training for S.A. qualification and/or Economic Operators
The objective is to increase the theoretical and practical knowledge of those who work in these fields by providing a level of knowledge useful for analysing and solving complex situations and problems by defining possible solutions and taking consequent decisions. The aim is then to constitute an advanced training tool useful for the qualification of contracting stations and at the same time effective for those who operate including economic operators. The mode of delivery of the training activity is in blended mode so that it can be used both in the classroom at the Institute and remotely in the synchronous online streaming mode; it is advisable to attend at least one meeting in order to build that community of intentions between trainers and learners that is considered indispensable for profitable learning.

INTRODUCTION
Also in light of the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Programme (so-called PNRR) intended to support public investments, both tangible and intangible, not only at the central level but also at the local level, the existence of adequate professional profiles for the management of the entire process of realising contracts and concessions is an issue of absolute importance and topicality. This also goes beyond the provisions of Article 37 of the Code pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, on the qualification of contracting stations, the prerequisites of which are entirely confirmed in the text of the proxy bill to the Government on public contracts (A.S. 2230), in the sense of emphasising, among other things, the presence in the organisational structure of employees with specific skills as well as the adequate training and updating of personnel.
In this context, there is no doubt that the central professional figure is that of the Single Project Manager, to whom the master’s degree course on public contracts is intended, also in an attempt to fill an educational gap that undoubtedly exists: that of a global course intended for the training and updating of the RUP and of those who, in various capacities, are called upon to collaborate with him.
RECIPIENTS
Managers, officials and heads of PA contract offices, Works or Execution Managers, Municipal Secretaries. Legal representatives of public and private companies operating in the real estate, services, building works and supply sectors and, in general, all employees of public bodies interested in the subject.
