Description

As the digital age reshapes the role and responsibilities of public institutions, this course provides an essential overview of the key legal and technological issues shaping today’s “digital state.”

Objectives

Participants will explore the public administration in the digital environment, from data protection and European digital regulation, to the use of artificial intelligence in decisions. The course offers a practical and legal framework to understand how digital tools are transforming governance, public procurement, and access to justice.
