Analysis of case histories concerning the division of expropriation competences and real estate acquisitions, with examples of expropriating authorities, urbanisation consortia and private entities. Case studies. Occupations become illegitimate.

ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF FREQUENCY AND PROFIT
