Description

The Public Deed Officer is somehow the Notary of Public Administration with the mission to guarantee neutrality in the procedures (from administrative public acts, to recording them in the official Register, up to managing private contracts in the Contracts Register, where applicable). The officer is also responsible for fiscal duties (stamps, registration, copying, and printing). Their register is open to review by the Tax Agency. They may also serve as secretaries of assessment committees and are tasked with drafting the corresponding minutes. Upon request, they may issue certified true copies of the documents in their custody.

Objectives

The course aims to illustrate the typical operations of Public Deed Officers, who has to be able to link the dots among the Notarial Law and more recent laws introduced by the Digital Administration Code. It deepens compliant solutions, drafting techniques for the acts they produce.

ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF FREQUENCY AND PROFIT

The CEIDA has applied for renewal of accreditation with the Lazio Region, following the adaptation of facilities to ensure full accessibility, in accordance with current regulations. Pending the confirmation of accreditation, the certificate of attendance and profit will still be issued, subject to reservation, according to the procedures provided by the regulations currently in force.
