OBJECTIVES
Relaunching the country is possible, and this is one of the PA’s tasks also through the enhancement of the people who work there and their skills and abilities, at every level and grade.
People constitute a wealth of subjective gifts, knowledge, skills and experience that they have developed over the course of their lives and which they gradually develop.
The inclusion of new human resources in the various areas of the P.A., which is taking place under the impetus of the PNRR, requires management logics and approaches aimed at fostering the best intergenerational and interprofessional balance, and the optimisation between those who are already in service and those who are now starting their professional career.
Strengthening and enhancing human capital in PA is therefore a strategic lever for the development of the country, for the consolidation of the operational declinations of the PNRR, and for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided by the large and complex world of PA.
For these reasons, the macro objective of the Master is to provide theoretical frameworks, methodologies and operational tools for the effective management of human capital oriented to the present and looking to the future, in a dynamic, varied and uncertain organisational context and scenario.
Acquiring adequate and usefully applicable visions with respect to the moment one is living is fundamental for the strengthening of one’s skills, both in terms of Reskilling (in the perspective of carrying out new activities) and in terms of Upskilling (to improve in the work one is doing).
RECIPIENTS
Public Administration officials and executives, managers and professionals who are responsible for employees and human resources management with the aim of achieving performance objectives and quality results.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
An interactive teaching methodology is envisaged, based on dialectical discussion and the use of self-diagnosis questionnaires, film clips, individual and group exercises. This fosters a classroom dimension that takes on the characteristics of a gymnasium context in which participants can develop elaborations of personal and mutual professional experience and thus learn from multiple sources and points of view.
It is envisaged that the Teachers will compose a Book of In-depth Analysis of the main topics that will be covered in each Module of the Master’s course.
The Book will be made available to participants at the end of each Module.
