Dr. Luciana D’AMBROSIO MARRI
A sociologist at work, specialised in work psychology and in training trainers, an expert in organisational leadership, she has been a management and people management consultant for private companies, institutions and P.A. for over thirty years on Selection, Training, Diversity & Inclusion Management, People Development, Organisational Wellbeing, Stress and Work life balance and has lectured on these and other topics. He also deals with Empowerment and ‘gender’ issues. An individual and organisational group coach, she is the author of books and articles. A speaker at conferences, she is interviewed by the media on scenario topics, professional issues and current affairs. She is listed among the 100 women who will change Italy.
OBJECTIVES
To provide keys to understanding the declination of diversity with particular focus on gender and age diversity in order to strengthen management and leadership skills aimed at recognising the talents of each person and promoting effective professional behaviour. Identify new leadership models through the example of real and concrete cases. To finalise in a more conscious way one’s own leadership in the management of the role and professional responsibilities towards the team and the process of achieving results.

Managers and experts in the field of projects, figures of the Single Guarantee Committees (CUG), Heads of Units, Areas, Departments, Services leading a team. Specialists dealing with training and change within the various sectors of the Public Administration.
PROGRAMME
Changes of scenario and Diversity in P.A. Origins and international and national examples of Diversity & Inclusion Management in public and private enterprises and inclusion practices in the world of work. The barriers of culture and behaviour that hinder healthy diversity inclusion. The process of transformation from stereotype to prejudice. Social prejudices and inner prejudices.
The management of Difference and Inclusion as an opportunity for Organisational Value and Potential. The eight leadership styles and the D-Effect to guide the team towards goals in changing Organisations. Keys to understanding the male and female universes in leadership expression. Mutual learning for responsible and sustainable leadership. The managerial role to develop a culture and leadership of competences and the valorisation of differences in one’s own context.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Interactive teaching both in-presence and online through slides, questionnaires, individual and group work in classrooms, including virtual ones, storytelling, videos, analysis of real cases, in order to encourage involvement, the dynamics of comparison and the enhancement of mutual learning from the experiences of each of the participants and the lecturer.
ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF FREQUENCY AND PROFIT
The CEIDA has applied for renewal of accreditation with the Lazio Region, following the adaptation of facilities to ensure full accessibility, in accordance with current regulations. Pending the confirmation of accreditation, the certificate of attendance and profit will still be issued, subject to reservation, according to the procedures provided by the regulations currently in force.
