Dr. Luciana D’AMBROSIO MARRI
An occupational sociologist, specialised in occupational psychology and in training trainers, an expert in organisational leadership, she has been a management and people management consultant for private companies, institutions and P.A. for over thirty years on Selection, Training, Diversity & Inclusion Management, People Development, Organisational Wellbeing, Stress and Work life balance and has lectured on these and other topics. He also deals with Empowerment and ‘gender’ issues. An individual and organisational group coach, she is the author of books and articles. A speaker at conferences, she is interviewed by the media on scenario topics, professional issues and current affairs. She is listed among the 100 women who will change Italy.
OBJECTIVES
– To identify cultural models and types of relationships that lead to violence in relationships.
– Increase awareness of toxic relationship mindsets and dynamics.
– Recognising the main signs of personal distress and violent behaviour even if implicit. Analysing the concept of asking for help and the inner resources to ask for it.
– To provide knowledge tools: a) of the supranational regulations on gender-based violence against women, which are the guidelines for all legal and social operators for a correct approach to the social phenomenon; b) of the criminal cases and precautionary measures in force in our legal system; c) of bad and good practices in the application of national laws.
RECIPIENTS
Managers and employees of P.A., CUGs and private companies interested in the knowledge, understanding and prevention of the complex phenomenon of gender-based violence and stalking dynamics that in an underlying or blatant way strongly affect the wellbeing of the person and organisational wellbeing.

– Models, attractions and toxic relationships.
– From prince charming to perpetrator.
– The I’ll save you syndrome and other examples.
– Danger signs and ambivalence.
– The positive concept of help and inner resources for asking for it.
– Analysis of international and national sources on gender-based violence.
– Analysis of the criminal offences in our legal system and the protection instruments to protect the victim the practical experience of assisting women victims of gender-based violence, domestic violence and stalking.
– Practical cases.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Interactive teaching, also in the eventual realisation of the course in online form, to guarantee the involvement of participants and the added value of learning and exchanges between people and with teachers.
ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF FREQUENCY AND PROFIT
The CEIDA has applied for renewal of accreditation with the Lazio Region, following the adaptation of facilities to ensure full accessibility, in accordance with current regulations. Pending the confirmation of accreditation, the certificate of attendance and profit will still be issued, subject to reservation, according to the procedures provided by the regulations currently in force.
