Prof. Andrea CASTIELLO D’ANTONIO
An occupational and organisational psychologist, he is a human resources management and development consultant. Executive coach and leadership & management consultant. Clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, expert in military psychology and aviation psychology, former extraordinary professor of Psychology at the European University of Rome, he is the author of dozens of books and over two hundred scientific and popular articles. He speaks at conferences and is interviewed by national and international media.
OBJECTIVES
To illustrate the different forms of psychological violence that can occur in the world of work. To provide tools for recognising mobbing dynamics and the more recent more subtle forms of psychological violence in professional contexts. Highlighting symptoms and behaviour of destructive aggression in the management of hierarchical and professional relationships. Identify the factors of the organisational scenario and climate that contribute to the triggering of violence in the work context. Provide indications on the tools that victims can use to counteract them. To highlight organisational and subjective prevention tools against psychological violence at work.

Officials and executives of public administrations, managers and professionals who are responsible for collaborating and managing human resources in order to achieve qualitative performance objectives and to acquire a broader and deeper insight into the dynamics of complex contexts in which they play a leading or coordinating role. C.U.G. and Prevention and Protection Service Managers (RSPP). Employees of the P.A. and private companies operating in complex environments that are not only under great operational pressure.
PROGRAMME
The thousand faces of the world of work: organisational health, malaise, organisational pathologies and dysfunctions of leadership and followership.
Mobbing and its phenomenology: the actors, the scenario and the causes of moral violence.
Hints on the diagnosis of mobbing.
Other widespread forms of bullying and destructive aggression at work: straining, harassment, stalking.
Types and destructive behaviour in vertical boss-employee relations and in horizontal relations between colleagues.
Organisational factors that facilitate the occurrence of phenomena of destructive aggression and passive victimisation.
Subjective factors that help the targeted person to resist and react.
What to do, from a broader perspective: levels of prevention; management of discomfort and conflict; support and other psychological support tools.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Interactive teaching through slides, questionnaires, individual and group work, storytelling, videos, analysis of real cases, in order to encourage involvement, the dynamics of confrontation and the enhancement of mutual learning from the experiences of each participant and with the lecturers.
ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF FREQUENCY AND PROFIT
The CEIDA has applied for renewal of accreditation with the Lazio Region, following the adaptation of facilities to ensure full accessibility, in accordance with current regulations.
