Dr. Luciana D’AMBROSIO MARRI
A sociologist at work, specialised in work psychology and in training trainers, an expert in organisational leadership, she has been a management and people management consultant for private companies, institutions and P.A. for over thirty years on Selection, Training, Diversity & Inclusion Management, People Development, Organisational Wellbeing, Stress and Work life balance and has lectured on these and other topics. He also deals with Empowerment and ‘gender’ issues. An individual and organisational group coach, she is the author of books and articles. A speaker at conferences, she is interviewed by the media on scenario topics, professional issues and current affairs. She is listed among the 100 women who will change Italy.
OBJECTIVES
To provide insights and indications of tools for the promotion of health and wellbeing in Organisations. Frame the difference between eustress and distress. To improve awareness and understanding of stress at work in order to prevent and/or deal with stressful situations and factors within the Organisation, with the aim of recognising and coping with the decrease in the effectiveness and efficiency of individual and team work performance due to stress elements. Identify the risk of new forms of stress in the professional context. Identify logics, concrete cases and good practices for organisational well-being.
RECIPIENTS
Executives, functionaries, managers, figures with management responsibilities of Departments, Services, Areas and Organisational Units and with management responsibilities of collaborators. Figures of the C.U.G. and Prevention and Protection Service Managers (RSPP). Employees of the P.A. and private companies that operate in complex environments, including those with high operational pressure.
PROGRAMME
Stress in organisations and P.A. Analysis of the scenario. The difference between eustress and distress. Correlations between internal climate and organisational stress. Organisational well-being: origins and indicators. The benefits of stress reduction for the individual and the Organisation. The main stress factors at work. The risk of burn out and other forms of discomfort at work. Workaholism and the risks of a new addiction. New technologies and new forms of stress. The healthy organisation as Value and not only as Fulfilment. Well-being in organisations and how to implement it. Practical examples and cases in P.A. in Italy. How to prevent stress in working relationships. Self-monitoring and stress management techniques. The work life balance: strategies, advantages and effects for the wellbeing of the individual and for organisational wellbeing.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Interactive teaching both in-presence and online through slides, questionnaires, individual and group work in classrooms, including virtual ones, storytelling, videos, analysis of real cases, in order to encourage involvement, the dynamics of comparison and the enhancement of mutual learning from the experiences of each participant and the teacher.
ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF FREQUENCY AND PROFIT
The CEIDA has applied for renewal of accreditation with the Lazio Region, following the adaptation of facilities to ensure full accessibility, in accordance with current regulations. Pending the confirmation of accreditation, the certificate of attendance and profit will still be issued, subject to reservation, according to the procedures provided by the regulations currently in force.
