Dr. Luciana D’AMBROSIO MARRI
A sociologist at work, specialised in work psychology and in training trainers, an expert in organisational leadership, she has been a management and people management consultant for private companies, institutions and P.A. for over thirty years on Selection, Training, Diversity & Inclusion Management, People Development, Organisational Wellbeing, Stress and Work life balance and has lectured on these and other topics. He also deals with Empowerment and ‘gender’ issues. An individual and organisational group coach, she is the author of books and articles. A speaker at conferences, she is interviewed by the media on scenario topics, professional issues and current affairs. She is listed among the 100 women who will change Italy.
OBJECTIVES
To provide keys for interpreting the changes taking place in Public Administration. The consequences of changes in role management in the Secretarial Service. Identify tools both to improve the provision of quality services and to enhance individual communicative effectiveness in professional areas, in hierarchical relations and with colleagues. To explore the topic of self-motivation for greater job satisfaction and to support difficulties.

People with experience in secretarial roles, executive assistants, secretarial managers.

The job and the balance between role and personal motivation. Role behaviours that increase effectiveness in the relationship with the boss and colleagues.
The development of a key competence in interpersonal and professional relationships: conscious communication.
The communication process, obstacles, active listening, interpersonal perception and ideas for improving personal style in internal and external communication dynamics.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Interactive teaching both in-presence and online through slides, questionnaires, individual and group work in classrooms, including virtual ones, storytelling, videos, analysis of real cases, in order to encourage involvement, the dynamics of comparison and the enhancement of mutual learning from the experiences of each of the participants and the lecturer.
ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF FREQUENCY AND PROFIT
The CEIDA has applied for renewal of accreditation with the Lazio Region, following the adaptation of facilities to ensure full accessibility, in accordance with current regulations. Pending the confirmation of accreditation, the certificate of attendance and profit will still be issued, subject to reservation, according to the procedures provided by the regulations currently in force.
