OBJECTIVES
The course aims at analysing the new regulations on the centralisation of procurement and the qualification of contracting stations in the new public contracts code. The institutes will be examined with particular attention to their transformation with respect to the regulations set forth in Legislative Decree 50/2016, highlighting the criticalities and strengths of the text also through exemplifications and practical exercises. The course intends to illustrate the role of all the institutional actors involved in the implementation of the provisions of the law aimed at achieving the objectives of reducing the number of contracting stations with a view to streamlining and improving public spending. All of this will be done by analysing the first experiences and the criticalities detected also during inspections by ANAC

The CEIDA, accredited by the Lazio Region as a provider of activities for Higher and Continuing Education, (accreditation obtained by Determination of the Director of the Dir. Reg. ‘Training, Research and Innovation, School and University, right to study’ n. G16019 of 23/12/2016, published in B. U.R.L. no. 2 of 5/1/17), certifies, for each participant, the characteristics of the training course and how much of it was actually attended, through the issue of attendance certificates subject to passing a final check carried out by means of a multiple-choice questionnaire.
