INTRODUCTION

The new code introduces “preceptive” principles such as that of the result, trust and access to the market, which have immediate operational value and replace rigid and sometimes contradictory rules. They also have value in the executive phase. This phase also plays a central role in relation to the numerous responsibilities that derive towards all the operators involved in the light of the discipline provided by the new Code, and in this sense the ANAC has identified critical aspects, also for anti-corruption purposes. The course aims to illustrate all the main and peculiar moments of the executive phase of public contracts, which begins with the signing of the negotiation deed and ends with the final verification activities, highlighting the differences compared to the contractor selection phase.

CEIDA, an entity accredited by the Lazio Region as a provider of activities for Higher and Continuous Education, (accreditation obtained with Determination of the Director of the Regional Dir. “Training, Research and Innovation, School and University, right to study” no. G16019 of 23/12/2016, published in the B.U.R.L. no. 2 of 5/1/17), certifies, for each participant, the characteristics of the training course and how much of it was actually attended, by issuing certificates of attendance subject to passing a final test carried out using a multiple-choice questionnaire.
